Step by Step
Once registered go to your account by clicking the “My Account” tab in the top toolbar. Then choose “profile” and then choose “account.” Click “Subscriptions” and choose one.
Open the PreQualiflyer app on your phone and log in. Hit the “Loan Officer” bar then hit the “Pre-Qualification Form” bar.
Fill in your Borrower’s info along with the loan info. Choose “Select Agent” or “Self Assign” then hit submit
You will see an acknowledgement that your submission has been accepted and you will be sent an email with all of the information you submitted for your borrower. In this email will be your borrower’s “Unique ID.” It is a 15 digit number.
If you choose “Self Assign,” hit the paper airplane home button at the top of your screen. This will take you to the screen that will allow you to hit the “Realtors” bar.
Hit “Property Inquiry.” Then from the submission email you received, copy the “Unique ID” and paste it in the “Unique ID” box.
Fill in the subject property info and check to see that your borrower’s name is at the bottom of your screen then hit “Next.”
Fill in property info, your HOI should be already populated then hit “Next.”
Verify all of your numbers. Hit “Next.”
View your PITI and total payment along with any additional fees and then hit “Next.”
Add any notes about seller help needed, grants that may apply to your borrower or any info you think you need to show on the pre-qualification letter. Hit “Submit.”
You will then get an approval or decline notification on the app.
If an approval is indicated, you will receive an email with your PreQualiflyer pre-qualification letter attached as a PDF ready to print or email to your borrower or agent.
